Juste envie de partager mon témoignage. De nature inquiète et angoissée depuis qqles temps je suis rentrée dans une spirale négative c'est à dire prise de tête, pensée négative, craintive, manque de confiance en moi et j'en passe.... Il y a de ca un peu plus de 3 mois ma route"virtuelle" à (re)croisée Bernard. Quand j'ai lu les objectfs et les bienfaits de "Harmonie Vitale", je sentais que cela me ferait le plus grand bien! Il y a 2 semaines j'ai suivi ma 1ere séance après laquelle je me sentais déjà vidée d'un poids "négatif" et je suis rentrée tres calme à la maison depuis je dors beaucoup mieux. A ce jour, j'ai terminé les 3 séances conseillées et je ressens tous les jours des changements! Encore trop tot pour en parler concrêtement mais je ressens un "mieux -être général intérieur" de jour en jour. Cela me réjouis vraiment.... Merci Bernard d'être là !!!!! Laurence |
